Things learned while telecommuting...
1) Drug dealers sit on our steps during the day. I just asked 5 or 6 very scary looking men with Nextel phones to please not sit on the steps. They left, but I imagine they'll be back tomorrow... only I won't be here to chase them away!
2) The ice cream trucks are out in FORCE now... There are at least two judging by the music and they are making laps around the block... I've heard them about 4 times each now, and it's only 4 pm!
3) The cats are insane! The morning wrestling matches have subsided into afternoon naps, but wow, did they earn them... Max and Bill chased each other through all three levels, round and round and round for a LONG time, while Lucy played happily with the trackball.
4) A good majority of my neighbors have nowhere to go during the day. How else can I explain them sitting on their steps ALL day long? Get a job people!
5) I obviously miss social time at the office because this is my THIRD blog posting today.
